Mortgage Rates Rise

Mortgage rates have risen every day since Thursday October 23rd. The Federal Reserve today cut a key interest rate by a half point. Mortgage rates rose again. The prime rate dropped, car loans and home equity loan rates will be lower as well as some credit cards however 3o year fixed rate mortgages are now above 6.5% for the moment.
