Plan To Help Homeowners

Up to 9 million homeowners could beneftit from a loan modification plan that may be in place for up to 5 years. Lenders would receive government subsidies to make the plan possible. What do you think of this?

Trees Axed

After cutting down 100s of trees at the intersection of I-94 and Sawyer Road to prepare for improved access to the proposed Pabst Farms the State of Wisconsin is now taking a wait and see approach to finishing any work at the intersection due to the uncertainty of the development. Now motorists have a better view of the Nemahbin Lakes but certainly neighbors must not be happy.

Obama To Address the Nation

President Obama is scheduled to speak on national television tonight and the Treasury secretary is scheduled to speak Tuesday and unveil a new program to aid the economy. Stay tuned.

Rider Hurt At Olympia

A 10-year old snowboarder fell off a chairlift and was injured at the Highlands of Olympia yesterday according to published reports. Flight for Life responded and transported the injured boy. This was the most serious accident in recent memory at Olympia. I was a ski instructor there for many years.
