Oconomowoc Is A City Of Lakes

Oconomowoc is a city located on an isthmus like Madison only smaller. The lakes, Fowler and Lac La Belle each have public beaches and boat launches. The walk around Fowler Lake is about 2 miles and winds around many historic homes. If you get hungry on the way be sure to stop at the Sausage Haus for a beef stick.

Oconomowoc is about 20 minutes from Brookfield and about 35 minutes to downtown Milwaukee. Madison is about 45-60 minutes away.

North Lake road cuts between the two lakes and takes you alongside a scenic waterfall that connects the lakes. Spend some time in Oconomowoc and discover what the city has to offer. Within a few miles are many more lakes to explore. Shopping opportunities are increasing as development is added at Pabst Farms.
