Mortgages

Mortgage rates remain at low rates even though credit has tightened for poor credit borrowers. A larger than normal inventory of single family homes remain on the market due to the fact that many consumers don't want to risk having to make two mortgage payments at the same time. It is a great time to buy due to the selection of properties available and low interest rates. In Waukesha County there has been tremendous growth in Delafield, Hartland and Oconomowoc. The least expensive area for housing in the county is in the city of Waukesha.
