Pabst Farms

What stores would you like to see at Pabst Farms. As the economy has slowed it seems as if so has development at Pabst Farms. What stores and business do you think would be successful? What will make the area unique and not like Delafield or the Johnson Creek outlet stores? Would you like to see a movie theatre? Some of you may remember the theatre at Olympia and others may remember the theatre on West Wisconsin. Do you want a big box store? Are you looking for restaurants or entertainment?

Pabst Farms

What retailers would you like to see at Pabst Farms? A Cousins sub shop is coming. Is this good news? Some residents hoped unique stores could come to the mall. Stores not available in Milwaukee or Madison. As the credit crisis continues it will be an increasingly tough sell to convince high end national retailers to build here. Big box stores are not always welcome unless they are in some else's back yard. The mayor floated a suggestion recently about some of the potential players that may be coming and the suggestion went over like a lead balloon.

The Summit school was razed and now the northeast corner of HWYS 67 and B is ready for redevelopment. The YMCA is state of the art although it is already too small. The Pick N save store is nice but won't be the newest in town as the East Side Pick N Save opens soon. Chili's restaurant looks popular if you count the cars in the parking lot.
